Arrival and Departure Policy

 
  • Resort check-in time is 12:00 hours, and check-out time is 10:00 hours

  • A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at the time of check-in

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room

  • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult


Extra Bed Policy

 
  • Children below 6 years are complimentary in the room, an extra bed can be provided at an additional charge of only INR 1,000/-

  • Children between 7 to 12 years will be charged 25% of the room tariff for an extra bed in the room

  • Children above 13 years & adults will be charged 35% of the room tariff for an extra bed in the room

  • Our resort serves 100% vegetarian meals only, with an exception of a few egg dishes at our multi-cuisine restaurants and cafe

  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates

  • Special offers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, bundles, or special prices

  • In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the resort reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion and will contact you directly in order to do so

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers must vacate their room on or before 10:00 hours on the final day of the reservation. Failing this, an additional charge is applicable

  • The Resort is not responsible for any mishap during adventure activities

  • We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the resort, its car parks or grounds, including personal valuables and audio-visual equipment, are brought in at your own risk. The Resort shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest during the stay

  • All items and furniture in your room are the property of the Hotel. We, therefore, reserve the right to charge you for the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from your room. If you, or any member of your party, damage any bedding or linen, we reserve the right to charge you for specialist cleaning. Lost keys will result in a charge for replacement keys being levied

  • The Resort reserves the right to refuse a Client, Guest or representative entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner

  • A certainty deposit pre-authorization hold of INR 5,000/- per room per night will be applied to your credit card at the time of check-in. All unused amounts of the deposit will be released upon check-out

  • As our Resort is in a reserved forest area & wild animals are active at night. we advise our guests not to venture outside after 2200 hours. If you do so, it will be at your own risk, and the resort is not responsible for the same

  • As per the silent zone policy of the jungle, guests are advised not to play loud outdoor music on Bluetooth speakers or any other devices anytime during the stay

  • Guests are advised that consuming outside food, beverages and liquor in resort public areas such as restaurants, café, lawns or pool areas is prohibited

  • We are following all safety & hygiene protocols as per government guidelines, however, in case of virus contamination during your stay at resort, resort will not be held responsible for any damage or loss

  • An ample amount of parking space is available at the resort

  • Driver accommodation & meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) can be provided in the dormitory and staff canteen at a nominal charge of INR 1000/- per day, subject to availability

  • Room images and videos received may not correspond to the actual room received

Important Information:

  • As we are located in remote location inside Jungle, Wi-Fi connectivity is only available in our reception and library area

  • Mobile network connectivity is weak in the area. However, Jio mobile network receives good signal strength

  • The Pool during Monsoon season may not be operational at all times

  • Kumaoni hut dining experience is not available during monsoon season, However, Kumaon menu experience is still available in Restaurant and room service.

 

Cancellation Policy

 
  • For full refund, the reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival

  • Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be non-refundable

 

Refund Policy

 
  • Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request, and the payment will be credited within 5-7 working days

  • The bank fee is 3% of the booking amount for any national transaction & 5% of the booking amount for any international transaction and the same will be deducted while processing the refund from the booking amount
